For small business purposes (1-5 employees either full, casual or part time)

► Permitted Uses

◦ Use the design(s) to create physical products (e.g. stationery, packaging, apparel, home decor)

◦ Sell products up to 200 units per design without a license

► Prohibited Uses

◦ Resell, share, sublicense, or redistribute the original digital files in any format

◦ Offer the design(s) as part of a competing product (e.g. clipart packs, pattern bundles, digital asset libraries)

◦ Upload the design(s) to print-on-demand platforms where the design is the primary value (unless explicitly allowed) This includes website or companies; Society6, Redbubble, Spoonflower, Zazzle, On Any Amazon Businesses, TeePublic, TeeSpring or any similar upload and sell POD businesses

◦ Claim the design(s) as your own original work

◦ Use the design(s) in a way that is unlawful, defamatory, or offensive

◦ Not for use for manufacturing purposes with the intent to wholesale without prior consent.

◦ Not for use for Temu, Shein, Aliexpress, Alibaba or similar companies.

◦ Not for use in digital products without prior consent (eBooks, digital planners, templates, printable posters/art, printable ereader inserts, digital stickers)

► Intellectual Property

All original copyrights and intellectual property rights remain with Ingardens Design.

► Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided

► Termination and Right to Modify Terms

Ingardens Design hold the right to terminate your use of the files if you violate any of the terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the design(s) and destroy any copies. Ingardens Design reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
